What does Selma do?

I practice evidence-based therapy with individuals, groups, couples and families. I use an integrative (or Snowflake*) approach: a diverse set of theories and interventions in my practice. The *Snowflake approach is ideal because I believe that, like a snowflake, each individual is unique. Therefore, each client’s therapy should be uniquely tailored to their wants, needs and goals.

E.g. You’d still have to show it made it to the liver or wherever in amounts that would cause a biological effect, etc. – experimental studies. Simple sequence searches might give a direction to check, if warranted, but they wouldn’t be conclusive, an end point. —-* And for myself!

  50. Our raised bed gardening this year is doing well. It’s our first time using raised beds. Small scale, but a nice way to get around and at everything. A taste of lettuce, beets, beans and zucchini so far. July was very hot here. Tried carrot seed tape and it took a long time for anything to grow. Looking forward to tomatoes and potatoes. The cucumber plants are not producing yet. We found one medium size cucumber yesterday, lots of flowers though.

It's not something we eat every day. However, there is not a baby in the house right now, which makes a difference!
